The Vineyard

Sheltered by ancient hedgerows, the vineyard's sunny aspect, and tough soil combine to produce fruit of intense flavour.  Berries are small and yields naturally low. Soil nutrition is used sparingly and fruit quality is maintained by rigorous canopy management rather than chemical sprays.

Since its first year in production our organically grown fruit has consistently achieved the balance of acidity and sugar that is so crucial to the production of fine Traditional Method Sparkling Wines.
