Herbert Hall is a ‘Traditional Method’ sparkling wine. It is handmade from low-yield chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier grown organically at the Marden Vineyard in Kent.
On release Herbert Hall was described by the leading wine writer Matthew Jukes as "the finest debut English Sparkling Wine I have ever tasted".
Tom Stevenson, author of the Sotheby's Wine Encyclopedia has tipped Herbert Hall 2010 as "Definitely one of England's best sparkling wines."
