
Herbert Hall is a ‘traditional method’ sparkling wine. It is made exclusively from low-yield vines grown organically at the Marden Vineyard in South East England.
Our aim is always to create a wine of individuality, balance, harmony and integrity so that each vintage truly expresses the soil and seasonal conditions of the vineyard. Herbert Hall is handmade in limited quantities to ensure exceptional quality and a distinctive house style.
The first vintage of Herbert Hall will be ready for release in 2012.
